Art is not just an adornment for the walls. It reflects your personality and what you wish to show the world. 3. Ditch heavy dark curtains for lightweight, breezy drapes

 A. Semi Sheer or Light Filtering Curtains

Get rid of heavy, dark curtains that absorb light. The lightweight sheer or light filtering (privacy) curtains will accentuate the natural light that floods in. Amore Beauté makes custom-made linen curtains in solids and with embroidery too. You can have them pleated and backed with light filtering cotton lining or blackout lining.

B. Blackout Curtains For Kids Rooms

You may want to go for blackout-lined curtains for large windows that let in a ton of light, especially in the bedroom. Most parents opt for curtains with blackout lining for their kids' bedrooms. You certainly want them to sleep well and stay healthy.

4. Bed linen

Everyone needs a retreat, and your bedroom is the ideal place to escape the pressures of life. It is the place where everything stops. Think of sheet sets, shams, duvet covers, and throw pillows with durability, comfort, and style in mind to create that feeling. Keep the bedding lighter and take off a few extra layers for summer and warmer months.

 B. Sheets

Your bed is the center of your bedroom where you unwind after a long day; it is also the first experience before you start your day. In summers you may want to opt for natural fibers like linen or cotton. It is a perfect way to create a welcoming, rejuvenating sleep experience. 5. Change The Throws

Go with lightweight cotton or cotton blend throws. This Amore Beauté blended cotton throws was hand woven for the first time over 600 years back. Handmade products transcend periods and styles, ideally at home in a traditional or modern interior. Today it is woven on a traditional handloom and can be made in multiple colors with a neutral color base yarn. The floral design and soft textile, goes-with-anything color scheme lend an earthy touch to a bed or sofa. The throw is available in over six colors.

6. Introduce A Summery Color Palette

It's no secret that color is a powerful tool for decorating your home. Interior designer Joa Studholme has put together a list of some top colors for 2022. She says “the colors we use will be strong but modest, which suits both the way we feel now and the simpler lives we’re leading after a year of turmoil. And of course, we are still particularly attracted to colors that reflect the natural world and make us feel safe. We will continue to see the use of green in connecting the exterior with the interior.” These colors are my favorite colors for home walls and accent pieces be it a throw pillow, vase or painting.  Every time you think of a new color for your home, let it not burn a hole in your pocket! At Amore Beauté we have tried to incorporate these colors into our latest launches.

A. Deep Green

Envious? No need. Add to your home the rich emerald hue that conjures feelings of greenery and the serenity of nature. Green is varied as well as versatile.

B. Yellows

Yellows are considered a pop color and desired by everyone for their home décor, right? It means umpteen and creative. Scientifically, yellow is a color that your eyes can easily process. This color enlightens the soul and acts as an antidepressant. It is not incorrect to say that yellow holds one's attention for a long time compared with other colors. Amore Beauté recommends you go for this warm, sunny yellow, starting with ombre linen curtains and table linen. Use bright primary yellow for a vibrant environment while having lemon sherbet for a calming effect.

C. Turquoise

Turquoise is the cheeriest blue in the spectrum, a mood enhancer, and a source of good vibes; named after a gemstone and creates a calm environment. Don't confuse turquoise with light blue or teal; it is a green and light blue mixture. Some have a yellow tint, giving the atmosphere a vibrant feel. It looks excellent with a citrus tone, especially lime. (Picture - Japanese Sashiko pillow, sequin throw pillow)

7. Use Mirrors To Accent A Room

Looking for brighter surroundings? Use reflective surfaces in your room to double the amount of sunlight. Completely mirror a wall or add a decorative mirror opposite the windows to bring in the light, make your room feel more significant, and add light to dimly lit corners and spaces. When it comes to decorating your room with mirrors, the placement of the mirror is the key. Apart from the placement, think about the style of the frame and the appearance of the glass. Amore Beauté comes up with brilliant ideas to spruce up your room. Use antique mirrors in unexpected spaces, make different types of mirrors overlap, place the mirror in a place where it does not reflect the cluttered area of the room, have asymmetrical mirrors on tall walls in entryways and bigger rooms, and get a piece of glass cut to fit inside a vintage picture frame, and avoid placing a mirror in front of the bed. Consider mounting a large, decorative mirror above a fireplace. Although it is challenging to put a mirror in the kitchen, you can always pair it with a table and a plant. Mirrors, no doubt, make your surroundings spacious and beautiful; they are also considered an excellent alternative to expensive pictures. Use them as works of art to enrich the look and feel of your house.

8. Add Lots Of Plants

Keeping a plant alive seems relatively easy for the novice gardener. But being a successful plant parent is a more nuanced endeavor. While finding the appropriate leafy option for your lighting conditions might seem confusing. Think of the amount of light you get in the room and how much time you have for the green kids. Some easy (let's say get it and forget it) to maintain options are - Hoya macrophylla, Aurora, Dieffenbachia, Peace lily and spider plant. To keep them strong and healthy show them sunlight every 2-3 days or best place them near a sunny window. You can also give them a healthy dose of plant food and the right amount of water.

9. Handcrafted And Artisanal Objects Are Trending

The pandemic has entirely changed the traditional ideas of ownership and private space. There is more focus on 'home,' living and comfortable working in the home space. Technology has brought the outside into our homes, you work from the comfort of your home, and other people can look through you by observing your interiors. Lately, handmade and crafted objects are becoming the central idea of decorating your home. There is more potential in a homeowner's personality coming out through the things they're surrounding themselves. Make your home décor dreams come true with these handicrafts.

They are not only beautiful but also incredibly useful, practical and unique! Handmade products are made of natural materials that have been used for centuries - wood, metal, fabric, and leather - so they are environmentally friendly. The materials used for making handmade products depend on what each individual craftsman wants to make: a bowl or a bracelet; a candlestick or a stool; pottery or jewelry - all this depends on their skills.

10.  Lighter Tone Natural Furniture

Your home is a blank canvas that you can fashion with blonde wood, natural rattan, and woven fibers. Use a solid, neutral base with every saturated hue and bold furnishing. Lighter tone natural furniture helps spaces feel light, makes furniture feel breezy, bring a sense of serenity, deliver a strong sense of nature, introduce warmth, refresh your whites, balance dark accents, and camouflage elements you don't want to see including dust, deep scratches, pet hair etc. The use of several kinds of wood like oak, maple, ash, and hickory creates a sophisticated balance between the crisp cool of monochrome and textual warmth of wood tone, lightening your mood.

Light tone natural furniture and white cabinets complement each other perfectly, making you feel fresh and energetic without being loud. Another advantage of using natural furniture is that it works well with all kinds of fabric. Whether it be a woven rug or a cotton throw pillow, they soften the stiffness of the furniture adding richness to the space.

There is quite a bit to choose from, and your indoor space can be fabulously fashionable for the summer season when you’re using these tips and tricks. Get into these décor trends. Whether you're using accent pieces or standout furnishings, they'll add a fun extra dimension to your decor.
